1 2# Gold Coast Shrimp 21/25 Thawed
3 cloves Garlic cloves cut to paper thin slices
¼ Tsp Red Pepper flakes
3 Tbs Extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbs Plugra butter
1 Tbs Fresh Parsley Chopped
½ cup White Wine
Taste Salt and Pepper
Juice from a ½ of lemon.
In a large pre heated sauté pan add the olive oil and garlic slices just until it becomes
aromatic, be careful not to burn.
Add the red pepper flakes, and white wine and reduce for 2 minutes.
Add the butter and the shrimp and cook for another 2-3 minutes, then turn the shrimp
over and cook for another 2 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper, parsley and lemon juice.
This dish goes perfectly with a little Le Pan De Europa Bread or some Masteri Pasta.
