Shrimp Roll


  • 1lb Gold Coast Cooked Shrimp 16/20 count (thawed)

  • 1/3 c Mayo, more as needed

  • 1T Tarragon, fresh chopped

  • 2T Dill, fresh chopped

  • 2-3T Chives, chopped

  • Taste Salt and Pepper

  • ½ Lemon, juiced

  • 1pkg Brioche Buns


Thawed shrimp and remove tails.

In a mixing bowl, add the mayo, herbs, salt and pepper and lemon juice.

Fold in the shrimp and place into the refrigerator and chill until needed.

Serve with the brioche buns
