Salmon on Cedar Plank with brown sugar, cracker pepper, and lemon squeeze




Ingredients

  • 4 - Prepared Metro Market Cedar Plank Salmon w/ brown sugar mix and lemon wedge.

Preparation:

Preheat grill to high. Leave salmon on the plank. Cover salmon with the brown sugar mixture. Place plank with salmon and lemon on grill, close lid and reduce heat to medium. Cook salmon for approx 12-15 minutes or until done let rest 2 minutes prior to serving. Planks have been already soaked, but please check occasionally to be sure planks do not catch fire. Serve and enjoy.
