Rack of Pork w/ Roasted Garlic & Herb Sauce



Ingredients

  • 1cl Garlic - cut in ½ horizontally

  • 1 pkg Rack of Pork

  • Taste Salt and Pepper

  • Taste Borsari Seasoning

  • ½ cup Olive Oil

  • 1TBS Dijon Mustard

  • 2sprigs Thyme

  • 3ea sprigs. Sprigs of thyme and rosemary - leaves removed and chopped

  • 4 Basil leaves - chopped

  • 1TBS Fresh Grated Ginger (optional)

  • 1bu Fresh parsley - chopped

  • 1 Lemon - juiced

  • 1TBS Balsamic Vinegar

Directions


Preheat oven to 400*F

Place quiche directly on the oven rack and bake for 25 minutes.
