4 Bone in Pork Chops
Taste Borsari Seasoning
2TBS Olive Oil
1 Bag Metro Fresh Spinach
6-8pcs Metro Market Sundried Tomato chopped
2-3oz Metro Market Goat Cheese Crumbles
Taste Salt and Pepper
2 Garlic Cloves Chopped
Cut a deep pocket into the pork chops, season with the Borsari seasoning.
In a mixing bowl add the stuffing mixture and mix well. Take a handful of the mixture and stuff into the pork chops
Sear in a preheated sauté skillet with a little olive oil, once golden brown on the first side flip the chop over and place the skillet into the oven and bake for about 8-10 minutes or until done.
