3-4 Grouper Fillets
2-3 Tequila shots
3 Limes - juiced
3Tbl Olive Oil
1 Garlic Clove - chopped
2 Garlic Cloves - chopped
Taste Salt and Pepper
¼ Onion - sliced
3-4 Tomatoes - diced
1 Jalapeno - seeded and minced (optional)
3Tbl Fresh Parsley Cilantro - chopped
1Tbl Olive Oil
Mix marinade ingredients together in a medium sized bowl. Place the grouper fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the fish.
Refrigerate for at least an hour, turning the fillets once.
In another mixing bowl combine all of the salsa ingredients, mix well.
Remove the fillets from the marinade and cook the grouper on the grill for about 6 minutes per side or until opaque and cooked throughout
Serve with the fresh salsa
