Cod Filet


Ingredients:

  • 2-3 pc Alaskan Cod Fillets

  • Taste Salt and Pepper

  • 6oz Tangy Lemon Caper sauce, Braswell Select

  • 1cup Panko Bread Crumbs, Metropolitan Market

  • 1TBS Fresh dill and/or parsley - chopped

 

Directions:

Preheat oven 400*F


Place cod in a dish, season with salt and pepper

Evenly spread the sauce over the cod

Mix together the herbs and panko bread crumbs

Top each fillet with the herb and panko mixture

Place the cod in the oven and cook for 12-14 minutes or until fish is opaque and flaky and bread crumbs are golden brown.

Plate and serve with your favorite green vegetable
