4 Airline Chicken Breast
1 ½ Cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 cloves garlic minced
2Tbsp Whole Grain Dijon Mustard
2 lemon zested and juiced
½ cup soy sauce
½ cup Worcestershire sauce
½ cup balsamic vinegar
Sprigs of Rosemary, Thyme, and parsley chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients except chicken in a glass or plastic container, mix well. Add chicken and marinated in the refrigerator for 1-4 hours.
Preheat grill to medium. Place chicken on grill for approx 17-20 minutes (turning twice per side) or until no longer pink in the middle and the juices run clear.
