5 ozs. Redi grill chicken breast, cut into strips
3 ozs. MarketSource chopped romaine
2 ozs. Watercress, chopped
1.5 ozs. Natural Pak Sesame ginger dressing
1 oz. Seeded and peeled tomatoes
1 oz. Diced scallion
½ oz. Terra Sticks
TT Salt & Pepper
Season the meat with salt and pepper and pan sear.
Toss the romaine, watercress, tomatoes scallions and dressing together.
Mound greens in center of plate, top with seared chicken strips.
Garnish with the Terra Sticks.
