Exceptional Meat...Exceptional Seafood


1 T  Bocelli Canola and Olive Oil Blend

2 ozs.  Fresh ginger, finely chopped

2 ozs.   Minced garlic

½ C  Red onion, finely chopped

2 ozs.  Champagne vinegar

2 ozs.  Brown sugar

2 C  Golden tomatoes

2 each  Cinnamon sticks

¼ tsp.  Ground clove

¼ tsp.  Ground white pepper

1/8 tsp.  Ground nutmeg

¼ C   Honey

¼ C  Raisins



Heat the oil in a sauce pan and add the ginger, garlic, and onions – cook for 1 minute.

Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until most of the liquid is gone.

Stir frequently to keep from burning.

Remove from heat.

Serve warm or cold.
