4 pc (1/2-inch-thick) Boneless Pork Chops
Taste Salt & Pepper
1/4 c Fresh lemon juice
1clove Garlic – minced
1 tsp Dried Hot Red Pepper Flakes
1/3 c Olive Oil
¼ tsp Sea Salt
Whisk together lemon juice, garlic, red-pepper flakes, and sea salt,
Add the oil in a slow stream, whisking well.
Let stand for 45 minutes to one hour for flavors to immerse.
Prepare a gas grill for direct-heat cooking over medium-high heat.
Pat pork dry and season with salt and pepper.
Oil the grill rack, then grill pork chops, covered, turning over once, until just cooked through, 3-4 minutes per side.
Serve drizzled with some vinaigrette, and the remainder on the side.
