Shrimp Roll
Ingredients 1lb Gold Coast Cooked Shrimp 16/20 count (thawed) 1/3 c Mayo, more as needed 1T Tarragon, fresh chopped 2T Dill, fresh chopped 2-3T Chives, chopped Taste Salt and Pepper ½ Lemon, juiced 1pkg Brioche Buns Preparation: Thawed shrimp and remove tails. In a mixing bowl, add the mayo, herbs, salt and pepper and lemon juice. Fold in the shrimp and place into the refrigerator and chill until needed. Serve with the brioche buns #shrimprolls
