Barramundi Grilled w/Avocado Orange Salsa


6pcs                 8 oz Barramundi Fillets

Taste                Borsari Seasoning

2 Tbl               Vegetable Oil

1                      Ripe Avocado – diced

½                     Lime – juiced

1                      Red Bell Pepper – diced

1                      Orange (pith removed and cut into pieces)

1                      Scallion – diced

Taste                Salt & Pepper


Heat grill on high.  Wipe the grates of your grill with vegetable oil.

While grill is heating, lightly season the fish with the Borsari Seasoning then rub with more vegetable oil.

Prepare the Avocado Salsa:  Dice the avocado into ½ inch pieces, and toss with the lime juice in a bowl.  Add in the bell pepper, orange, and scallions.  Toss to combine and season with salt and pepper.

Grill Barramundi over direct heat flesh side down first for three minutes.  Gently flip fish and grill for three more minutes or until internal temp is 135*F.  Gently remove fish from the grill and move to a platter.

Serve topped with a spoonful of the salsa.
